Created with ground Yeoju rice and 77.78% Goami extracts, this toner exfoliates impurities away for smoother, more hydrated skin. Perfect for babes with dull, fatigued skin, as well as dry, irritated skin.

How to use:
Shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers. After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with the toner. Gently sweep the cotton pad over your face and neck.
